These services focus on workplace consulting, listening, and facilitated discussions. They do not provide clinical treatment or diagnosis.
Survey answers are stored separately from interview booking details. Private interview notes are not shared in organization reports. Your consultant explains confidentiality limits and reviews what can be shared. Results from small groups may be withheld to protect privacy.
Assessment results help suggest the level of support needed in each area. Your consultant reviews the evidence and context before approving recommendations. These tiers guide service planning; they are not clinical diagnoses.
Scope and fees are agreed before services begin, based on organization size, areas of need, and intensity of support. Any extension or additional specialist service requires a separate agreement.
We can identify when an issue calls for legal review. Your organization may use its own attorney or discuss a referral. Legal advice is provided by the attorney, with any additional fees agreed separately.
